These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and bejil ("bejil", "we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any service offered through the bejil platform at https://bejil.io, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the bejil platform and must not attempt to create an account or access any gaming or betting service. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Access to the bejil platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform:

bejil reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at the time of registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following any period of account inactivity. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory identity documentation within the timeframe specified by bejil will result in account suspension and may result in the forfeiture of any pending withdrawals or bonus balances.

Each individual is permitted to register and maintain only one bejil account. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, device identifiers, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of these Terms. Where multiple accounts are identified, all accounts will be suspended pending investigation, and any balances may be forfeited.

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your bejil account. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your official identity documents, a valid email address, a valid Bangladeshi mobile telephone number, and your date of birth. You must not provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration process or thereafter.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your bejil login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. bejil strongly recommends that you use a unique, strong password and enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. You must notify bejil immediately via live chat if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Changes to your name, contact details, or payment information must be submitted to bejil customer support with appropriate supporting documentation. bejil reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending verification of updated information.

bejil currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals on accounts registered in Bangladesh:

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits originating from a payment account or card held in another person's name — are strictly prohibited. Where a third-party deposit is identified, bejil reserves the right to suspend the account, reverse the deposit, and withhold any associated winnings pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. bejil targets a withdrawal processing time of one to three business days; however, processing times may be extended where additional identity verification is required. bejil reserves the right to impose a minimum withdrawal amount and to charge reasonable processing fees, which will be disclosed prior to confirmation of the withdrawal request.

All account balances, transactions, and displayed amounts on the bejil platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). bejil does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion required by the player's payment provider is the player's sole responsibility and is not within bejil's control.

bejil offers promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms:

Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing opposing bets to guarantee bonus conversion, or using automated software to exploit promotional mechanics — will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all bonus balances, and potential legal action. bejil employs automated detection systems to identify patterns consistent with bonus abuse.

Bonus funds and free spin winnings have no cash value until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full. Bonus funds cannot be transferred between accounts, converted to real money without fulfilment of wagering requirements, or redeemed for any non-gaming consideration.

bejil reserves the right to void any bet, game round, or wager where: (a) a technical or software malfunction has occurred that materially affects the integrity or outcome of the game; (b) a human error in odds compilation or game configuration has resulted in an obvious pricing or rules error; or (c) there is credible evidence of match manipulation, collusion, or fraud. In all such cases, stakes will be returned to the player's account balance. bejil's decision in relation to void bets is final.

All sports betting markets on bejil — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, bilateral series), football, kabaddi, and other sports — are subject to separate sports betting rules published in the bejil Sports Betting Terms, which form part of these Terms by reference. In-play bets accepted after the relevant event outcome has been determined (commonly known as "late bets") will be voided. bejil reserves the right to restrict maximum stake sizes on any market at its discretion.

All random number generators (RNGs) used within games offered on the bejil platform are subject to independent third-party testing and certification. Certified RTP (return-to-player) percentages are available for all slot and table games in the bejil lobby. These figures represent long-run statistical averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bejil platform. Engaging in any of the following activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

11. Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by law without explicit authorisation.

bejil reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, where bejil has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached these Terms, is engaged in fraudulent activity, or where continued account operation would pose a risk to the integrity of the platform or the interests of other players.

Where an account is closed or suspended pending investigation, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) held in the account will be preserved subject to the outcome of that investigation. Where a breach of these Terms is confirmed, bejil reserves the right to withhold and forfeit all or part of the account balance, including real-money funds, if those funds are found to be the direct or indirect proceeds of prohibited conduct.

Players may request the voluntary closure of their bejil account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five business days. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method, subject to satisfactory identity verification and provided no outstanding investigations are pending.

Nothing in these Terms grants the player any right, title, or interest in any bejil intellectual property.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content from the bejil platform for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of bejil. Limited personal, non-commercial use is permitted where explicitly authorised by bejil. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bejil shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the bejil platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruptions, regardless of whether bejil has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bejil's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms, whether arising in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total value of real-money deposits made by that player to their bejil account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bejil does not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from technical faults. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows, third-party network failures, and force majeure events may result in temporary service unavailability for which bejil accepts no liability.
